Room won't save
Oh god it's frustrating. I have spent a long time designinga room and it will not save. The top grey bar appears saying "saving your room" but it has not yet saved (over an hour!).
I have now tried to save as to make a copy of it and the screen seems to have frozen so I can't even note down all the materials and objects I used to create it.
Can anyone suggest a way to get my room to save, especially as now I can't even remove anything!!
I'm feeling a little desperate now, I don't want to lose all the work :-(

Were you getting any error message? If you saw the red stop sign with the "object:object" that meant there are too many items in the room. Also, sometimes if we save a room while the programmers are updating the system, I've been unable to save. I recommend you leave it how it is for now, and maybe it will unfreeze. If it does, and you get the grey bar and message "saving your room", try clicking on the grey bar to stop the save. Then try removing some items (maybe ones that are not in the camera view) and try your save again. Let us know if you see any error messages.

It has happened with me and it quite gets on one's nerves, try reducing some objects from the design, some windows, walls (only if you can!) etc, change the camera angle a bit it must work then!!!!

Hey thanks for the advice. It eventually saved, without me having to do anything to it. Breathed a big sigh of relief. I think from now on I am going to save as I go along :-) do a bit, save a bit, do a bit, save a bit!!
