3d rendering
I'm having trouble with rendering. When I take 3d picture it comes back all grainy and almost completely black and white all you can
really see is shapes. I have tried taking the drapes down, adding windows, moving camera, adjusting the brightness.
Anybody have any idea on the fix?

Assuming this is the room visible on your profile currently:
You are probably a bit short on windows - even though your camera is just in that one room you may find adding windows in the other rooms will help. I am doing a test with different flooring - and will come back with an answer if it turns out to be that.
The camera position shouldn't be a problem - it is not touching walls.
Your ceiling height is quite low - that might be contributing.
Final thought is that you have got a rogue item (often a new item added to the catalogue in the last few day) which is messing your rendering. I cannot spot any of the usual culprits and the only way you will know which is to remove things one at a time and rerender - which is slow and painful!
If none of that works I suggest using the feedback facility (bottom left in the 3d planner) to ask for technical team advice.

I think the problem ended up being that when you design multiple rooms you have to make sure all walls and floors
are closed in completely. Once I made sure it was all complete it rendered pretty well. I also added more windows
throughout the house. Thanks for the suggestion.

I am pleased you resolved it. Think you must have changed something else as well as the walls - open walls would bleach rather than black out.
