Help with a small space!
Can anyone help me as I am looking for ideas to change my Spare room around. The furniture I have is what I have put in the 3D image.
I have this great big king size bed which needs to go in there but not sure where is the best place to put it to make more room.
Can anyone help me/Suggest any ideas to make it look more roomy!
Thanks You

I have got rid of the bedside table and replaced it with two small wall shelves - for guests I think that is acceptable. I only took the curtains down to get a better render ... you have to pretend they are still there ;-)
I have shelved out the alcove above the wider chest of drawers so it makes a dresser effect - I might be tempted in real life to shelve it completely and add sliding doors and not keep the chest.
It is a shame to fill the other alcove with a chest with that little window so moved your rocking chair there.
One last thing if your headboard is really hat high I would be tempted to turn the bed to the wall opposite the window and locate the other chest under the window
PS I haven't redecorated - just a quick shift of furniture - are you looking for decorating ideas too?

Hi there, put the bed under the window giving you easy access to the dressers and both sides of the bed. Placed the t.v. opposite the bed and the little rocking chair in front of the window, hope this helps.

I am addicted to sea glass tones just now so for fun I changed the colours (and copied Theadora's good idea of moving the TV).
I saw on another thread you asked about window treatments - here I have gone for a rather large OTT drape for the small window and a linen roman blind for the main one. Since this is the spare room I have tried to make it gender neutral and non fussy.

Spare Room cms redecor8 by nonehpetsI used this mirror because it is the only one I can find that renders anything like a mirror just now - would probably go bigger than that if you could afford one
