Try searching for 'wallpaper' on the mydeco search, I really like wallpaper direct, but its great to compare it against the other options. Also, have you tried the Decorate my photo tool? You can take a photograph of your room and then try out different colours, paints, wallpapers - even floorings. Click on Plan My Room on the nav bar at the top.Report post

Personally, I prefer the wallpaper you can paint. It comes in different raised patterns, is a much heavier vinyl, and is dry strippable so it comes off fairly easy. I had made a back splash in my kitchen before our makeover and I was very pleased on how easy it was to remove.Even after all the cleaning it still looked pretty good after five years. The big drawback is ...it is rather expensive but for prices you would have to check it out in your area. My advice is to go to a store that specializes in wallpaper where you will see more variety, lots of wallpaper books to look through plus hopefully trained people to help you.

Sorry, I almost forgot this info. Because it is thicker it will cover over many flaws (small holes etc) in your walls and you will not see them when the paper drys. You can even use it over grooved wood paneling.

I guess it depends what your budget is, whether you are looking for something modern, classic or retro, the pattern style and the overall theme of your room. You could try an online wallpaper store such as www.wallpaperking.co.uk where you can browse through lots of wallpaper designs and price ranges in the one place.
