What colour-scheme would go with my new bedroom furniture..?

I'm planning on getting some walnut flooring to match but does anyone have ideas for wallpaper/paint on the walls?

Wow what furniture! I would keep the walls white or off white. Your furniture speaks for itself. Let them. If you mix for example patterned wallpaper with them, you risk your bedroom becoming too busy.Report post

I'd say do a natural or earthy tone on the walls, but stick to paint. Wallpaper would make your room too busy.Report post

The furniture is indeed beautiful. I think an all white (or ivory, beige, etc) and brown room might end up rather boring. I would personally pair them with one bright color, a hot cherry or raspberry pink or an azure or turquoise blue. I would do 3 walls in the neutral paint and then a feature wall in that bright color--probably behind the bed headboard. Finish it off by adding spots of the bright color through out the room in paintings, throw pillows, vases, etc. Good luck with your designing!Report post

I like the idea of 3 white walls and the wall behind the headboards with an interesting colour/wallpaper.
I did like the look of this wallpaper:

But I think £90 for one wall is a bit much! I'll keep looking for alternatives... -

LOVE your futniture, it will look stunning. One other idea: create an eye catching headboard by stretching a panel of fabric over a pre-made artists canvas (you can buy enormous ones from art stores for very little). Could be cheaper than a roll of wallpaper?

Well if your opting for furniture with a walnut finish I would suggest a wall colour in either a zingy lime green or lighter shade of purple.
Something such as one of the following:

That's a great idea of matching the walls and floor with the bedroom furniture you decorated, i would suggest you to make the color of your room's wall with some attractive color like dark shade, it would really appealing to the room.
